Order forms will be available at the studio during picture week. Please note, any order forms from previous years are NOT valid.

Our photos are professionally taken in-studio & will be retouched prior to their availability. High-resolution digital downloads will be made available to purchase as well as prints & keepsakes! Keep an eye out for a separate email with additional information on how to order photos.

What you need to know:

  • Picture week will take place during regularly scheduled class time. Example: if you take ballet at 5:00 on Monday, the ballet photo is taken at 5:00 on Monday. We will take photos going in order of classes. You are finished for the night when your last group is finished.

  • We will take a GROUP photo for our program followed by individual photos. If you do not wish to purchase digital or print photos or do not want an individual photo taken, please inform us at check in. << Individual photos are necessary for program ad purchase

  • Dancers should come to class with HAIR AND MAKEUP DONE. We will start with the group photo FIRST. If you are not ready at the time of your group photo - you miss it.

  • Dancers 10 and younger should have a parent/adult with them during picture night to dress them. WE WILL NOT DRESS YOUR CHILD. If a parent/adult does not accompany them to this night & your child cannot dress themselves or do not come prepared for photos, you will be called to pick them up.

  • Dancers should not arrive/go home in their costume, this will run the risk of the costume ripping, getting dirty, or losing pieces. << Replacement costumes are $75

  • Parents will not be allowed in the photo area to avoid distraction. If you’d like a photo of your dancer, we suggest using the designated photo area in our lobby. Parents of littles feeling uncomfortable may walk back to the lobby with them. Note: out of respect for our photographer, if you are caught taking photos of your dancer while they are posing, you will be charged the cost of the digital photos ($65)

  • Please do not bring additional family members to this night if possible. We will be very busy with very limited space.
