You know that feeling when you walk into a place and think, Yep. This is how it should be.
Those are the green flags.
A great dance studio experience isn’t only about what happens during an eight-count. We’ve built a place where every dancer matters, every journey is worth celebrating, and there’s room on the dance floor for everyone.
So we thought we’d show you a few of our favorite green flags.

GREEN FLAG: Every Dancer Gets the Spotlight
Not just company dancers. Every dancer. We take the time to recognize every student on stage at our annual recital with a special pin. And when you master a skill you’ve been working hard on? You get to squeeze a giant, ridiculous, screaming rubber chicken - and somehow this has become the official sound of “I DID IT!” around here.

GREEN FLAG:We Show Up Together
Whether you dance once a week or train with us every day - you’re a part of our studio. & when we show up for our community, everyone gets the invitation. If our studio is invited to perform, all dancers can join in!

GREEN FLAG: Boys dance, too!
Dance doesn’t have a required mold you have to fit. If dance brings you joy, there’s a place for you here. We’ve hosted family dance classes, all boys dance classes, classes for moms with babies and classes for adults - because dance is for anyone who wants to experience it.

Speaking of…dance is a family affair around here. Brothers, sisters, cousins, parents, neighbors - sometimes we’re not even sure where one studio family ends and another begins. When one person finds their place here, the rest of the family has a funny way of following.

Our lobby isn’t off-limits. Come in. Have a seat. Stay awhile!
We believe parents should feel welcome in the place where their children spend so much of their time. We don’t need closed doors to keep a positive environment here & you’re welcome to be a part of it.

GREEN FLAG: More Than A Competition Team
Our competition team just doesn’t just train to compete. They train to become dancers.
Competition gives our dancers a place to put their training into practice, but it isn’t the purpose of the program. The goal is growth - and we’re far more interested in the dancer they’re becoming than the trophy they’re bringing home.

At the end of the day, these “green flags” are simply a part of who we are. We celebrate loudly. We show up for each other. We make room for everyone. We work hard, laugh often (sometimes thanks to a screaming rubber chicken) and believe that every dancer who walks through our doors deserves to know that they matter.
